本日16時48分頃より発生しておりましたLINE社側の障害につきまして、21時前後より順次復旧し、現在CONNECTの各機能が正常にご利用いただけることを確認しております。

2026年7月28日(火) 16:48頃〜 21:00頃(復旧確認済み)

■ 影響範囲の調査について
障害時間帯において、メッセージの送受信に影響が発生した可能性がございます。現在影響範囲を調査しており、影響が確認されたお客様には個別にご連絡いたします。

The outage on LINE's side that began around 4:48 PM JST today was progressively resolved from around 9:00 PM JST, and we have confirmed that all CONNECT features are now operating normally.

Approx. 4:48 PM – 9:00 PM JST on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 (recovery confirmed)

■ Impact investigation
Message sending and receiving may have been affected during the outage window. We are currently investigating the scope of impact and will contact affected customers individually.
